Livestock and horses don’t move like dry freight. The rate’s figured by the head, the hundredweight, or the loaded mile. The load has to fit your pot. And the good runs move on relationships and a phone call — not a faceless board full of loads that are already gone.
Every load board out there was built for boxes. So haulers get freight their rig can’t take, rates they have to call to find out, and a broker skimming the middle of a deal they could’ve made direct.
